For the customer, there is no difference - where exactly he was able to reach an agreement with the supplier and obtain favorable terms of delivery.

This specific service (control of production and products) is different, our representative will come to the factory or plant to the supplier to see by his own eyes and fix some parameters of product production in which the client is interested in. Or, our representative will control shipping or finished goods which were made upon your order. Customer declares and agrees in advance with the performer all the important features which customer entrusts executor to control when executor visits production of products. These settings are fixed in writing form. It could also be pre-prepared list of questions from the customer regarding the production of products, and provided for us for approval and execution. We are often trusted to perform such kind of services. This is way of doing things which is very convenient for the customer's: being away from the supplier, in the comfort of your office or home - to be able to see everything that's going on out there in a factory in China. What could be better to directly supervise the work of the supplier and negotiate everything seen by your own eyes, instantly making the necessary changes and adjustments in production and logistics processes?

Also, this service provides an opportunity to invite (for a set fee) chosen by the parties and approved by an independent surveyor (international level) an expert to determine the exact chemical composition of raw material products, certain important technical parameters of the product, etc.

The examination is conducted by means of pre-negotiated special high-tech techniques in the laboratory. We have enough experience of work with surveyors: Alex Stewart, AHK, SGS, Inspectorate - for many years in the business with China, we have often had the opportunity to work with each of their Big Four.

And we can confidently say: the importance and usefulness of this independent survey expertise in some cases plays a crucial role in the future relations between the parties for the contractor obligations, in order to supply specific amounts of products, features of the movement of goods and schemes of cash payments for this specific shipping.

The inclusion of a surveyor in the chain of production control shall be stipulated in advance by the parties - this is a very important and responsible part of the job – this means that the parties share the same understanding of the procedure, and details in advance, and reach an agreement on all essential terms of this examination.

Of course, the surveyor is not required for the production of each and every shipment - it depends on the conditions of production and agreement.
